Please arrive with reasonably clean, dry hair to any appointment. This allows for proper processing of hair color and chemicals. If booked for a haircut, style as usual so best cut and technique can be determined. After booking with me, you will receive a text message notification and a form to fill out. I do not accept chemical services if waivers have not been completed.
I am located inside The Break Room at Trilogy Salon & Suites in the World Golf Village area of Saint Augustine. When using a GPS you will arrive at the correct building. My door is on the parking lot side of the building in the brick section. Look for 'The Break Room' signage in the window and B116 above the door.

I do my best to ensure comfort and an enjoyable salons experience for all guests. Drinks are available in studio, and there are accessible restrooms on site. Please be aware that some services take multiple hours and cannot be rushed. I advise all guests to bring a snack if needed and a sweater just in case.
Please contact me immediately for any scheduling changes, no later than 24 hours before appointment. I understand life can be messy and things happen, but ask this courtesy when possible.
After any color service, I advise not to shampoo hair for 48 hours if possible. This allows the hair cuticle to fully seal and ensures best hair color results. Professional haircare products are recommended to insure longevity of any color service. I cannot guarantee results if poor quality after care is used. I carry retail options in salon and have online options available as well.
If you are a water lover, there are a few steps you can take to protect your hair. Before you dive in, wet hair with fresh water and use a leave in conditioner. This helps balance the hairs porosity so it doesn’t absorb chemicals or ocean water easily. If you feel the water is damaging your color or texture, I recommend a clarifying treatment in salon followed by a deep conditioning service.
Hair brushing is crucial for scalp and hair health. Not only does it help distribute oils produced by your scalp, but it can help stimulate blood flow for hair growth. I recommend combing conditioner through mids and ends with a wide tooth comb in the shower. Do not brush while wet after rinsing, use either fingers or a wide tooth comb. Wet hair is most fragile and is easily damaged if brushed too aggressively. Once hair is dry brush daily with a wet brush or boar bristle brush after applying a few drops of oil to your ends. Don’t hesitate to give yourself a scalp massage daily too!
Sleeping can do more damage than you think! Pulling hair up in a scrunchie or claw clip can prevent damage from friction. Braiding long hair, or wearing a silk scarf as a head wrap are great options. Lastly, a silk pillowcase is a great way to protect your hair and your skin while you snooze!
I highly recommend a heat protectant before use of any hot tools such as a blow dryer, flat iron, and curling iron. Use before and in between steps on small sections and brush through hair. Small sections are key to preventing damage, allowing the heat to hit all hair strands in less passes. Do not use hot tools above 350 degrees. If you are practicing a new technique, use little to no heat until you master the technique. Let the section cool before touching it, that is what sets the style. The only solution to heat damage is a haircut, so these small steps can be crucial to hair growth and health.
I offer adjustments to any hair color service within 7 days of original service. I take pride in my work and want you to love your investment. This includes adjustments to shade, blonding, and tone. I do not offer refunds as all services require time and product usage.
